Reporting to the CEO, the Director of People & Culture is responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources and culture practices, including recruiting/retention, benefits, hiring/onboarding, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, performance management, compensation, compliance, training and development, and policy and procedure development. This new position will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and operation of HR functions that support the success of Next Fifty Initiative.
It is a hands-on position and will require flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to fully engage in the needs of the organization.
