Operations Manager, Business Management
Our client is a healthcare technology startup based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, that has developed breakthrough artificial intelligence capable of predicting delivery dates and helping prevent miscarriages and premature births. The business is entering a rapid growth phase, including an upcoming Series A raise with meaningful institutional investor interest already in place.
With 7 granted patents worldwide, clinical validation published in peer-reviewed research, and international regulatory approvals already secured in additional markets, our client is moving from early-stage execution into scaled commercial operations. They’re looking for a senior operational leader to take ownership of day-to-day business leadership as the organization grows—building the operating infrastructure of a fast-moving, mission-driven company at a pivotal inflection point.
If you’re driven by meaningful work, this is a rare opportunity to help lead a business whose technology can improve outcomes for mothers and babies.

- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment without constant oversight
- Experience supporting a Series A or later fundraising round, including data room preparation, investor relations, and due diligence
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Strong general business leadership across multiple functions — finance, HR, legal coordination, vendor management, go-to-market
- 5+ years in operations leadership at a growth-stage startup or scaling company, with a track record of building processes and teams
- Strong communicator and cross-functional leader who can drive accountability across teams

- Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments or quality management systems
- Experience working directly alongside a founder/CEO as a strategic partner
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience at a company that has successfully navigated Series A or later funding rounds
- Background in healthcare, medical device, health tech, SaaS, or other regulated industries
