DaVita is seeking a Director to join the Learning and Development (Wisdom) team! This leadership position will oversee the Redwoods Leadership Development Program campus recruiting team and summer internship program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

  • Strategic Oversight
    • Talent Attraction Strategy
      :
      • Develop and execute strategic plans for campus recruiting and the summer internship program that aligns with the business workforce planning needs.
      • Remain current on industry trends, best practices, legal developments, and technological advancements in recruiting.
      • Strive for continuous improvement, using recruiting data and program feedback to analyze performance and drive strategy. Assess and develop AI implementation strategies across recruiting lanes to increase efficiency
    • Recruiting Operations:
      • Oversee all operations for the full-cycle campus recruiting process including: in-person school strategies, competitor benchmarking, campus championship teams, virtual events, ATS and candidate alignment, screening, interviewing, full-time team placement and campus event execution. Additionally, oversee the summer internship experience: end to end program management from onboarding and training to offer decisions.
      • Lead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics and track the progress of initiatives.
    • Team Leadership & Development:
      • Lead, coach and develop dynamic team providing day-to-day management, skillset growth and participate as an active thought partner with teammates and managers
      • Conduct talent reviews and advise / collaborate with senior leadership on recruiting strategy and talent development decisions
      • Foster the professional development of high-performing teammates.
      • Role model the DaVita Way and demonstrate a strong leadership disposition.
    • Trusted Stakeholder Management:
      • Collaborate with leaders and executives across the enterprise to align recruiting strategy and direction with key priorities.
      • Ability to craft and deliver executive-level presentations with storytelling/facilitation skills, strong business case/recommendations rooted in data, gaining buy-in, leading to decision making on complex topics
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be based in Denver, CO (in-office downtown T, W, flex 3rd day)
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required. Advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of work experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience preferred, must have direct team leadership experience
  • Strategy or project management experience in an analytical environment (e.g., recruitment or talent management or consulting, etc.)
  • On campus recruiting and recruiting management experience preferred, not required
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint required
  • Strong influencing skills; track record of successful relationship development and ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
  • Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills
  • Possesses the ability to balance strategic vision and execution capabilities to deliver results
  • Team player with the ability to sell change effectively and influence others
  • Comfort with ambiguity required
  • Travel required:

    up to 30%
