Team Manager

Summary

The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales, operations, and security to meet commercial targets and elevate the client experience. This role provides on-floor leadership, coaches team members, and assumes oversight of the store in the Director's absence. The Team Manager drives guest-centric service and operational excellence to deliver the brand experience.

• Coach, guide, and support sales and operations to achieve store commercial and KPI targets.
• Provide management presence on the sales floor and model exceptional client service and hospitality.
• Drive client development activities and manage key client relationships to grow sales.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performance team culture.
• Ensure operational efficiency, back-of-house organization, and compliance with internal controls.

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and managing commercial results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and client tracking tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
