Position: Market President New Denver, CO

Salary: $183,000 - $274,500/YR. Actual offer will be based on experience, location, education, and/or skills.

You lead from the front, with a strong focus on business development, community presence, and consistent execution of market goals.

Team leadership is a strength. You build, develop, and inspire a group of financial professionals, creating alignment around shared goals while fostering accountability, collaboration, and long‑term retention.

You bring a strategic mindset to market growth, translating corporate objectives into local action through sales initiatives, marketing efforts, and community engagement. Cross‑functional collaboration comes naturally as you partner with internal teams to deepen client relationships and deliver strong results.

About the Role

As the Market President, you’ll lead the overall performance and growth of your market, with full accountability for sales results, client experience, and financial outcomes. This includes setting the strategic direction, executing on corporate objectives, and ensuring consistent performance across loans, deposits, and client relationships.

Success in this role requires strong leadership and visibility. You’ll guide a diverse team of banking and wealth professionals, drive business development efforts, and represent the organization in the community to deepen relationships and expand market presence.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and execute the corporate business plan to drive market growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Build and manage a high‑performing team of bankers, relationship managers, trust officers, wealth advisors, portfolio managers, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies to meet corporate goals.
  • Represent the bank at community events and with local organizations, enhancing brand presence.
  • Own the market’s customer acquisition and retention strategy, ensuring consistent, exceptional service.
  • Partner with product group associates to deliver integrated financial solutions.
  • Oversee lending and deposit production for yourself and your team.
  • Act as the key leader at client‑facing functions and corporate initiatives within your market.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; degree in Finance, Economics, or Business preferred.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Lending or Wealth Management, with strong underwriting knowledge.
  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience in financial services.
  • Proven leadership ability to manage teams and drive results in a client‑focused environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • NMLS certification required upon hire.
