Regional Director of Property Management

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a hands‑on Regional Director of Property Management to oversee a growing multifamily portfolio throughout the Denver market. This role will be responsible for leading regional operations, improving property performance, developing site teams, and driving execution across a portfolio of workforce and value-add communities.

This is an ideal opportunity for an operationally focused leader who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, coaching teams, and creating measurable improvements across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities Regional Leadership
  • Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site multifamily portfolio
  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage property management teams
  • Establish accountability, performance standards, and operating procedures
  • Create a strong culture focused on resident satisfaction and operational excellence
Property Operations
  • Conduct regular site visits and property inspections
  • Evaluate property performance and implement improvement plans
  • Support leasing, occupancy, retention, and resident experience initiatives
  • Oversee unit turns, maintenance coordination, vendor performance, and property presentation
  • Assist with lease-up, stabilization, and turnaround efforts as needed
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, collections, and operating performance
  • Drive occupancy growth and delinquency reduction
  • Identify operational efficiencies and cost‑saving opportunities
  • Support implementation of ownership and asset management strategies
Team Development
  • Coach and mentor Property Managers, Leasing Teams, and Maintenance Staff
  • Evaluate team performance and make staffing recommendations when necessary
  • Develop future leaders within the organization
  • Foster collaboration and accountability across all properties
Qualifications Required
  • 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • Experience managing multiple properties and site-level teams
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
