The District Manager will lead and grow operations across Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, southern Minnesota, and Missouri. This is a hands‑on, field‑focused leadership role partnering closely with sales, operations, suppliers, and customers to drive performance and strengthen relationships.

• Lead and develop sales, operations, and warehouse teams across the district
• Drive revenue, margin, and overall operational performance
• Conduct joint sales calls and build relationships with key customers
• Coach Account Executives on strategy, planning, and execution
• Partner with suppliers to support training and business growth
• Ensure strong branch operations and customer service standards
• Model ISSI’s values: integrity, humility, service, and respect

• 5+ years of leadership experience (sales, operations, or multi‑site)
• Background in mining, aggregate, conveying, or industrial supply preferred
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
• Operational mindset with a focus on systems and efficiency
• Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 5+ nights/month)
