Job Purpose
The General Manager manages the day-to-day financial, operational and administrative duties for all DCPA Broadway/Cabaret presentations and productions and serves as the Artistic Programmer for Cabaret productions.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience of related professional experience, 8-10 years preferred
- Previous experience managing a small and high-functioning team utilizing an optimistic approach to maintain a strong morale.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Experience with analytical reporting
- Strong problem-solver who works proactively and independently.
