Job Description & How to Apply Below

Water Extraction Team and Property Solutions Team are looking for a Production Manager to help lead daily field operations, manage crew assignments, keep jobs moving, and support the connection between field production, project management, documentation, scheduling, and billing.

This is not a sit-back-and-watch role. We need someone who can take ownership, communicate clearly, follow up aggressively when needed, and make sure work does not stall because information, documentation, staffing, or decisions are missing.

The Production Manager will work closely with field staff, project managers, office staff, and company leadership to ensure jobs are scheduled, staffed, completed, documented, and moved toward billing and closure.

What You’ll Do

The Production Manager is responsible for helping drive daily production across active WET and PST jobs. This includes assigning crews, reviewing work orders, tracking job status, updating schedules, confirming documentation, and helping remove obstacles that prevent jobs from moving forward.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate daily field staff assignments.
  • Review active jobs and confirm crews understand the scope of work.
  • Collect and review completed work orders from field staff.
  • Confirm work orders include accurate notes, photos, labor, materials, job status, and next steps.
  • Communicate job status updates to project managers and internal staff.
  • Update schedules based on job progress, field findings, staffing, and priority changes.
  • Review jobs that need inspection, assignment, follow-up, or completion.
  • Support project managers with accurate field information for client updates.
  • Confirm that jobs are properly documented and ready to move toward billing.
  • Follow up with staff when information, photos, notes, approvals, or decisions are missing.
  • Help ensure tomorrow’s schedule, work orders, materials, and staffing are ready before the end of each day.
  • Reinforce company expectations for professionalism, documentation, jobsite cleanliness, safety, and quality.
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is organized, direct, practical, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. The right person will be able to lead field staff, support project managers, and stay focused on moving jobs forward.

The right candidate must be able to:
  • Communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Hold people accountable without creating unnecessary drama.
  • Ask direct questions and get answers.
  • Follow up until issues are resolved.
  • Understand that documentation is just as important as field work.
  • Stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Make schedule adjustments when priorities change.
  • Keep production moving without waiting for someone else to take the lead.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, facilities, property maintenance, or field operations.
  • Prior experience coordinating crews, schedules, work orders, or field production.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple active jobs at the same time.
  • Ability to review job notes, work orders, photos, and documentation for completeness.
  • Ability to use email, mobile apps, scheduling tools, and basic job management systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to visit jobsites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Restoration industry experience.
  • Experience supervising technicians, labor crews, or construction teams.
  • IICRC certification or working knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, or fire/smoke response.
  • Experience working with HOA, multifamily, commercial, or property management clients.
  • Familiarity with Restoration Manager or similar job management software.
  • Experience supporting billing through clean work orders and complete job documentation.
Why This Role Matters

Production is more than putting people on a schedule. It is making sure the right people are assigned to the right work, the work gets completed correctly, the documentation supports what was done, and the file keeps moving.

This role is critical to ensuring jobs do not get stuck between the field, project management, office administration, and billing.
