* The Opportunity:

*** Lead the delivery of a multi-team Agile program developing mission-critical GEOINT capabilities for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).
* Serve as the primary interface with Government program leadership, with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance.
* Direct a cross-functional workforce of engineers, developers, and delivery professionals in a SAFe-based environment.
* Shape program strategy, growth, and customer relationships on a high-visibility national security program.
** Responsibilities:
*** Manage overall program execution including cost, schedule, technical performance, and contract deliverables.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government Program Manager, Contracting Officer's Representative, and mission stakeholders.
* Lead staffing, hiring, and subcontractor management to maintain a fully resourced program.
* Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, burn-rate analysis, and invoice review for a Time & Materials contract environment.
* Direct Agile delivery cadence and ensure program commitments are met across Program Increments.
* Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues; escalate with recommended courses of action.
* Drive quality of contract deliverables, monthly status reporting, and program reviews.
* Identify and support on-contract growth and new business opportunities.

* Required:

** TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
* 8+ years of program or project management experience on Government IT programs.
* Demonstrated success managing software development programs using Agile methodologies.
* Experience managing program financials in a Time & Materials or similar contract environment.
* Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage subcontractor relationships.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Government stakeholders.
* Desired:
** PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
* SAFe certification (SAFe Agilist, RTE, or LPM).
* Prior experience supporting NGA or the Intelligence Community.

The proposed salary range for this position is:$82,100-$172,400
