Litigation Manager
The Department of Law, Civil Litigation and Employment Law section is seeking a Litigation Manager to lead and improve how the Section tracks, manages, and delivers litigation across multiple practice areas. This role offers the opportunity to build and refine systems that support litigation operation, analyze case and workload data to inform leadership decision, and drive meaningful process improvements across the Section and Department.
The successful candidate will work on a wide range of projects, engage in creative problem solving, and play a key role in improving how litigation work is organized, tracked, and supported. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of legal operations, data, and process improvement in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The strongest candidates will bring a combination of litigation or legal operations experience, project management skills, and demonstrated ability to work with data to track workloads, improve processes, and support decision-making.
