McCauley Constructors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects throughout the front range of Colorado and beyond. You will be based in either Denver or Windsor. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their projects, displays a strong leadership capability that encourages others through confidence, integrity, intellect and perseverance that inspires trust and confidence in staff members and clients and one that communicates effectively with clients and project teams and understands how to balance schedule, budget, quality and safety from preconstruction through closeout.
The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of commercial construction experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager overseeing multiple projects ranging from $5 million to $10 million. Ground-up commercial and industrial experience is preferred, with additional consideration given to candidates who have worked on self-storage, industrial or pre-engineered metal building projects.
Successful candidates will have experience with contract administration, project buyout, subcontractor management, change orders, scheduling, risk management and financial oversight. We're looking for someone who understands what it takes to deliver successful projects while building strong relationships with owners and subcontractors.

- The ability to schedule and lead complex construction projects.
- Have a track record of construction management excellence, evidenced by a record of completing projects timely, providing quality work, and meeting cost objectives, while maintaining a safe and positive environment for all trades within the scope of the projects.
