Technical Program Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Own Product Strategy and Roadmap for WGS Net Oxygen Loan Origination System/Point of Sale System
• Translate product strategy into a Product Roadmap from both an innovation and compliance perspective
• Incubate innovative ideas and build differentiators
• Represent WGS and lead the product team
• Network with lenders, analysts, sales, and implementation teams to keep the roadmap at the cutting edge
• Mentor a team of product managers to detail the roadmap for execution
• Accountable for ROI on the product investments

Expected compensation ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
