Site Supervisor

On-site, full-time position located in Winter Park, CO within one hour of the city. 10% travel required. Pay range $48.08-$62.50 per hour, DOE. Company provides a vehicle for the two‑site portfolio and paid fuel.

• Manage staff and direct all onsite contract operations at two Colorado locations
• Maintain operational and regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal water‑quality permit requirements
• Create and enforce a strong safety culture across all sites
• Lead O&M personnel development, training programs, and performance reviews
• Serve as primary client relationship contact and report regularly on compliance, satisfaction, and project status
• Develop budgets and operations strategies to achieve regulatory and corporate objectives
• Review monthly project reports and manage KPI compliance
• Lead safety, maintenance, process control, cost-savings, and sustainability initiatives
• Support business development and competitive contract services efforts
• Travel to sites for client meetings, inspections, and operational compliance reviews (10% travel)

• Active Colorado Grade B (or Grade
  
  A) Industrial Wastewater Treatment license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six or more years of experience at an industrial or municipal water/wastewater facility, including project management and financial accountability
• Three or more years of supervisory experience
• Understanding of industrial operations — fluid flow, process equipment, and control instrumentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SCADA, and client data management systems
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions
• Must reside within one hour of Winter Park, CO
• Ability to travel 10% of the time
