That's why we're hiring our next Director of Operations.

We're not looking for someone to simply maintain what we've built, we're looking for someone who wants to help build what comes next.

As our Director of Operations, you'll become the operational leader of Front Range Collective, working directly alongside the leadership team to strengthen the systems, processes, and people that support our business.

You'll report directly to the Founder and work closely with the leadership team, serving as a trusted partner in improving how the business operates and helping guide the continued growth of the team. You'll have the autonomy to lead initiatives, recommend improvements, and make a lasting impact on how Front Range Collective grows.

Your role is to create the structure, consistency, and support that allows our agents to focus on what they do best, serving clients and growing their businesses.

• Lead the day-to-day execution of the business.

• Support agents so they can focus on serving clients and growing their businesses.

• Own the onboarding experience from signed agreement through productivity.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts alongside leadership.
• Strengthen the systems that support an exceptional agent experience.
• Recognize agent milestones, production, and achievements.
• Help create an environment where agents feel supported and set up for success.

• Oversee operational technology and workflows.
• Introduce thoughtful automation where it creates value.
• Improve reporting and business visibility.
• Support Zillow Flex operations and lead management.

• Track key metrics and support budgeting.
• Lead projects that improve efficiency.
• Coordinate team communication, events, and recognition.
• Help protect and strengthen the culture that makes Front Range Collective unique.

Success in this role is about learning the business, building relationships, and making meaningful improvements that help our agents and team continue to grow.
