Events & Membership Director

The Colorado Mining Association is looking for a strategic, relationship-focused leader to join our team as Events & Membership Director.

This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in convening the companies, suppliers, technology and service providers, academic professionals, policymakers, and minerals-end-users that make up the mining and minerals community.

The Events & Membership Director is responsible for coordinating CMA’s portfolio of events while also driving member engagement, sponsor ships, marketing, and business development opportunities for CMA members.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A relationship builder who enjoys connecting people and creating opportunities
• A strategic thinker who can turn events into meaningful member and business value
• An excellent communicator and project manager
• Comfortable working with a wide range of professionals in industry, academia, and government
• Excited about the future of mining and Colorado’s role as a hub for mining, critical minerals, and related industries
