What Will You Be Doing?

As aProgram Manager, you will be the primary interface between the business, technology, and operations organization(s). You will be responsible for all programmatic aspects of your assigned initiatives/programs/projects with specifically focused responsibility for airports, cost, schedule, technical planning, tracking, reporting, technical execution, and ensuring overall program performance objectives are achieved, in alignment with enterprise standards.

You will participate in business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other enterprise entities and be responsible to formulate teams (as necessary) that can fulfill program requirements.

You will be responsible for ensuring program issues and problems are identified, tracked, and resolved.

You will be responsible for program risk management and ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, tracked, and managed.

You'll be responsible for interfacing on project/program status, developing proposals, researching/fact-finding, coordinating audits, and negotiating with project/program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints.

Essential Functions/Requirements

Program/Project Management

  • Develop, implement, and monitor contracts with vendors, ensuring conformance to approved plans and contract specifications.
  • Lead program/project teams to develop and gain approval of project plans, which outline the objectives of the project, scope of work, and project elements, including schedule, project deliverables, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing staff requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
  • Change Advocate
    - Reviews change readiness assessments and makes recommendations for organization change management actions to increase readiness and adoption of technologies deployed
