SugarAI in Denver, CO seeks a Director, Account Management (Director, Customer Success) to lead our Americas CS team, cultivate customer advocates, and drive value through adoption and expansion. Hybrid role with in‑office at least 3 days/week.
You will mentor CSMs, manage renewal and ARR forecasting, partner with Sales, PS, Support and Marketing, and champion data‑driven customer success metrics to reduce attrition and grow total ARR.
