Environmental Regulatory Program Manager
Ensure compliance, consistency, and management of the environmental aspects of the Corps Regulatory Program.
Direct the timely examination and analysis of all types of permit applications received or initiated and compliance and enforcement actions, including those involving controversial environmental issues.
Review correspondence and recommendations of subordinates concerning processing of DA permit applications.
Coordinates with the other Branch Chiefs, the Division Chief, District Counsel, other resource agencies and the District Engineer on controversial applications to determine what course of action is appropriate.
Serves as an advisor to the Division Chief on the execution of the regulatory program and participates in complex coordination meetings.
Provides full technical and administrative authority for professional, administrative, and clerical staff.
