Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience in mission-critical operations, network operations centers, command centers, or similar 24/7 operational environments. 3+ years of leadership experience managing shift-based teams or operations center personnel. Working knowledge of critical facility operations, telemetry monitoring, alarm management, dispatch, and escalation processes. Experience with DCIM, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, ITSM, ticketing systems, or incident management platforms. Proven ability to lead incident response efforts and maintain composure during high-pressure or time-sensitive events.

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills across operations, engineering, and leadership teams. Experience developing operational processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to support off-hours escalations and operational incidents as needed.

Job Description:

The Manager, Critical Facilities Operations Center (CFOC) is responsible for leading a centralized 24/7 operations center that monitors critical facility telemetry, alarms, operational events, and incident response activities across multiple sites. This role ensures the operations center delivers timely event detection, escalation, dispatch, and communication support while maintaining a high standard of reliability, operational discipline, and customer service.

This leader oversees staffing, training, shift operations, playbooks, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with operations, engineering, and technical teams, the Manager drives monitoring effectiveness, incident management excellence, alarm quality improvements, and operational readiness for both existing facilities and new site expansions.
