  · Full leadership responsibility for the Denver aftermarket pump service and repair facility that handles custom repairs
• .
  · Actively manage all personnel, including exempt and non-exempt, mechanics, machinists, engineers, and office staff
• .
  · Ensure the annual business plan, including expense management, utilization, and productivity, is met or exceeded
• .
  · Actively partner with leadership in a matrix environment, thereby having a strong influence on the operations and strategy of the team in collaboration with Sales, developing strong working relationships
• .
  · Effectively interact with the shop and communicate with all employees on a daily basis
• .
  · Attract, identify, develop and retain organization/department talent in an ongoing effort to support the growth philosophy. This includes employee performance management, succession planning, and individual mentoring and development
• .
  · Develop and implement process improvements, which continuously improve on-time delivery, reduce operating and product costs, and reduce product lead times
• .
  · Collaborate effectively with the sales force on quotations
• .
  · Interface with customers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver a superior customer experience. This includes a willingness to participate in sales calls
• .
  · Ensure quality goals are met for our products/services
• .
  · Implement and manage safety policies and guidelines for employees and the facility
• .
  · Responsible for meeting compliance with company policies and procedures

  · Ensure equipment is maintained

  · Ideal candidate will have a background working in a custom job shop environment with hands-on, large pump repair, with the ability to troubleshoot pumps or rotating equipment issues
• .
  · Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience managing profit/loss
• .
  · Demonstrated leadership ability in a manufacturing environment, ability to delegate effectively in a team environment, to mentor and develop others, and have a high level of collaboration and interaction with the sales team

  · 10 years of pump industry and/or rotating equipment and manufacturing processes
• .
  · Proven leadership skills with the ability to create a collaborative, positive culture
• .
  · Good communication skills with all employees and executive management
• .
  · MS Office Suite and ERP System proficiency

• Candidate should have earned credibility through firsthand shop-floor experience and successfully grown their careers into operational leadership within a custom industrial repair environment
