President - Automobile Refinance Business

We are seeking an exceptional executive to serve as President of our fast-growing nationwide automobile refinance company. The President holds full strategic, operational, and financial accountability for the enterprise — including P&L ownership across a ~$30M revenue business with a team of 100–150 professionals.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a market-relevant, technology-forward business at the intersection of consumer lending, fintech, and the rapidly evolving auto finance landscape. The President will define the company's trajectory, scale its infrastructure, optimize lead economics, and expand a growing portfolio of aftermarket solutions — all while operating with the resources and governance of an established holding company.

• Set and execute a multi-year strategic plan aligned for growth and profitability identifying expansion opportunities across lender partnerships, geographies, and products.
• Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement at every level of the organization.
• Own the full P&L — managing revenue, margin, cost structure, and the KPIs that drive them.
• Ensure operational excellence.

• Build and deepen relationships with lead providers, credit unions, banks, dealers, and indirect lending partners.
• Drive lender network growth and negotiate favorable rate and volume arrangements.
• Represent the company externally — at industry conferences, with regulators, and in public-facing forums.

• Recruit, develop, and retain top executive and management talent.
• Build a values-driven, high-performance culture with strong employee engagement and clear accountability.

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in auto refinance business.
• Proven P&L ownership at comparable or greater scale ($25M+ revenue preferred).
• Deep expertise in auto refinance operations — rate environments, lender dynamics, and consumer behavior.
• Track record of building and scaling operations in a growth-stage, PE-backed, or holding company environment.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex financials into decisive action.
• Demonstrated success developing executive teams and succession pipelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.

• Familiarity with auto loan refinance regulatory environment and applicable federal consumer lending regulations (CFPB, TILA, ECOA).
• Experience leading digital transformation of lending operations, AI-enabled underwriting, or fintech integrations.

Base salary range: $250,000 – $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Full compensation details, including incentive and equity components, will be discussed during the interview process.
