Position Summary:

ISDenver is excited to welcome its next Director of Enrollment Management to lead all aspects of the school's admissions, enrollment, and retention program. The right leader is someone who brings genuine warmth and a service orientation to families, pairs relational instinct with data-informed strategy, and is energized by telling the story of an IB, immersion education. ISDenver is not looking to chase every trend, but rather to sustain and grow an enrollment program that is mission-aligned, financially sound, and thoughtfully progressive.

The Director will be both strategic and hands-on: someone who can inspire confidence, partner across four divisions and two campuses, and guide a family's journey with care from first tour to matriculation and beyond. The role blends enrollment leadership (recruitment, admissions operations, financial aid, retention, and forecasting) with close partnership across marketing and communications, academic leadership, and finance — supporting a growing High School and the composition of every incoming cohort across three languages of instruction.

STRATEGY, LEADERSHIP & GOVERNANCE

Develop and implement a forward-looking, multi-year strategic enrollment management plan aligned with the school's mission, values, and financial goals.

Serve as a member of the leadership team, reporting to the Sr. Director for Revenue & Strategic Projects and the Head of School, and communicate enrollment trends, risks, and results to leadership and — as needed — the Board of Trustees.

Set enrollment and financial-aid policy in partnership with finance, ensuring consistency, sustainability, and accountability across divisions and campuses.
