The Donor Relations & Stewardship team is an integral part of the University’s fundraising success. As a centralized team supporting schools, colleges, units, and programs across the institution, Donor Relations & Stewardship develops and implements strategies that demonstrate donor impact, strengthen relationships, and inspire continued philanthropic investment.

The team partners closely with frontline fundraisers, academic leadership, faculty, and university administrators to deliver meaningful stewardship experiences that reinforce donors' connection to the University and the impact of their generosity.

Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations & Stewardship, the Assistant Director, Stewardship Reporting serves as the strategic lead for donor impact reporting across the University. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving a comprehensive stewardship reporting program that demonstrates philanthropic impact, fulfills donor expectations, and strengthens long-term donor relationships.

The Assistant Director oversees the production of stewardship reports supporting endowed, current-use, and milestone-funded priorities across the University. This includes annual endowment reports, endowed chair and professorship reporting, broad-based current-use fund reporting, non-scholarship milestone reporting, and customized impact reports for top-tier donors identified annually by Advancement leadership.

As a key partner to the Director of Donor Relations & Stewardship, Advancement leadership, frontline fundraisers, academic units, and campus stakeholders, the Assistant Director provides strategic consultation, project leadership, and best-practice guidance related to stewardship reporting and donor communications.
