Families Forward Resource Center (FFRC) is a full-service family resource center providing supportive services and programs to northeast Denver and north Aurora metro areas. POSITION SUMMARY

Families Forward Resource Center (FFRC) is seeking a Program Manager to join our team and our Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program. The Program Manager supports successful implementation of all aspects of the MIECHV program, including implementation of the Parents as Teachers (PAT) evidence-based curriculum, through intentional, thoughtful, trauma-informed, and proactive leadership for the team. The Program Manager is responsible for achieving programmatic goals, including those set by the funder and the team.

To be successful in this role, the Program Manager needs to be foundationally dedicated to Black birthing justice and passionate to serve individuals and families in the perinatal period. The Program Manager should be forward-thinking, innovative, reflective, detail oriented and team oriented. They should share a commitment to lifelong learning to expand expertise, advance programmatic and organizational support to program participants and community and engage in quality improvement efforts to optimize support and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Oversee and support all aspects of program planning, coordination, and implementation
• Collaboratively lead program staff to emphasize teamwork, cooperation, shared responsibility, and accountability
• Carry a caseload of one to five program participants per year
• Track and coordinate team caseloads and participant transitions including dual enrollment with other FFRC programs
• Observe Community Health Worker home visitation in compliance with Parents as Teacher supervisor requirements
• Providing monthly individual supervision to MIECHV Community Health Workers
• Maintain and monitor program enrollment, gaps, and quality control including
• Enrollment monitoring
• Retention monitoring
• Parents as Teachers curriculum fidelity monitoring
• Monitor program interest forms including outreach and program enrollment, as appropriate
• Provide warm hand-offs for newly enrolled participants to appropriate team members
• Complete program enrollments, referrals, and team coordination in case management software
• Ensure and monitor team training, attendance, dates, expirations (as relevant), and certifications
• Maintain up-to-date resource lists and contacts for resource navigation and referral needs
• Engage in learning and quality improvement to optimize participant outcomes and experiences
• Support outreach events with staff and team members
• Staff community outreach events approximately two to six hours per month
• Attending grant related meetings with program officer in addition to all relevant MIECHV trainings and conferences
• Coordinate and complete grant-check-in templates from the direct provision of services perspective
• Collaborate on funder initiatives
• Actively participate on Leadership Team meetings
• Facilitate program team meetings including agenda creation and follow-up
• Attend all staff required meetings and trainings
• Collaboratively coordinate and complete funder-related reports
• Contribute to grant writing
• Contribute to strategic planning
• Complete required trainings and maintain appropriate credentials
