Ashby is seeking an Engineering Manager to help scale our engineering organization as we double the team over the next year. You’ll work closely with founders and peers to build the team, aligning on goals, culture, and high-quality delivery.
You’ll manage three to five Engineers and hire three to five more, covering multiple teams and specializations. Your day-to-day will include feedback on specs, coaching, debugging, and leading strategic initiatives across the department.
