Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Schedule:

Friday - Sunday from 6:00 am - 6:30 pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
FULL TIME POSITION, FRIDAYS ARE MANDATORY

Job Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lifting: consistently lift 50 pounds throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.
  • Push barrels or industrial/agricultural tires with up to 40 pounds of force.
  • Work at heights up to 25 feet using the warehouse’s tall stock racks.
  • Remain on the move, standing for extended periods and working overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to our culture of safety and adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Onboard, train, and support new hires.
  • Assist Operations Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks.
  • Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory adjustments, returns, shortages, etc.
  • Assist with e‑commerce and will call as needed.
  • Perform any other job‑related tasks as directed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical demands:
The employee must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling commercial tires. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL (self‑retracting lifeline).

All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots.

Work environment:
Employees may be exposed to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
  • Compliance with all company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
