Lead Harness Technician – Centennial, CO
Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $40/hr
About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for multiple experienced and motivated Lead Harness Technician to guide a team in assembling wire and cable harnesses for aerospace and electronics applications. If you enjoy hands-on work and leading others in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Do- Lead a team in assembling wire, cable, and sleeving materials
- Perform tasks like soldering, crimping, potting, labeling, and connector loading
- Operate stripping machines and manual tools
- Review documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities)
- Inspect materials for damage or defects
- Build harnesses using assembly boards
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Report safety concerns and follow all safety protocols
- Support team punctuality and adherence to schedules
- Take on additional tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of experience in electronics or assembly
- Ability to read and follow instructions and safety procedures
- IPC 620/610 and J-STD-001 certifications preferred
- Strong soldering and crimping skills
- Experience with box builds and ESD practices
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
