Industrial Machine Installer
We are hiring Industrial Machine Installers to support our high‑precision injection molding operations. This role is essential to ensuring consistent quality, smooth production, and a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, experience in molding or equipment setup, and enjoy a hands‑on technical role, we want to meet you.
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay: $25.00–$32.00/hr (DOE)
A & C Shifts- Sunday–Tuesday + every other Wednesday
- 5:50 AM–6:00 PM or 5:50 PM–6:00 AM
- Thursday–Saturday + every other Wednesday
- Same hours as above
Night shift differential: +$1.00/hr
Responsibilities- Set up, start up, and shut down injection molding machines following established procedures.
- Perform mold changes, tooling adjustments, and complete machine setups based on production requirements.
- Troubleshoot molding issues including flash, short shots, burns, and dimensional variances.
- Monitor and adjust process parameters in real time to maintain quality and throughput.
- Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify product quality and process accuracy.
- Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve defects and optimize processes.
- Accurately document machine settings, process changes, and production notes.
- Support continuous improvement projects focused on scrap reduction, cycle time improvement, and overall equipment efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment in line with company standards.
- Experience in plastics injection molding or industrial machine setup preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose machine and process issues.
- Proficient with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality documentation.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing safety practices and protocols.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork mindset in a fast‑paced environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
