Operations Manager, Forklift Operator
Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Friday – Sunday from 6:00 am – 6:30 pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
*** FULL TIME POSITION, FRIDAYS ARE MANDATORY***
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. For commercial tires you will perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
- Perform pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment and following safety procedures.
- Be on the move; willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments—such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will call—as business needs arise.

Physical demands:
You must be able to lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires may require team lifts or mechanical equipment.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots. All team members must adhere to safety and manufacturing guidelines for compliant use of all protective equipment.
Work environment:
You may be exposed to weather conditions prevailing at the time; noise level is usually moderate; fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants are present.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Adherence to all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
- Pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (non‑THC).
