The Production Technician is responsible for producing the required number of hoses, assemblies, tensors, or bands during the work shift, achieving the objectives of safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and following the standards and policies established by the organization.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following the standards and policies defined in operations, according to legal, customer, and corporate requirements.
• Report any unsafe conditions or quality problems.
• Maintain facilities and equipment tools in good condition. Comply with the HSE and quality policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and influence the organization’s processes for designing, manufacturing, distributing, consuming, and disposing of products.

This position doesn’t have Supervisory Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform physical tasks.
• 100% working on the line.
• Must be able to work 48 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instructions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• High school diploma or completed technical degree.
