Pay Rate starting at $20.00 per hour
Shift: Monday through Friday 7am-5pm
Employment Benefits start on day 1

Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Warehouse/Yard associate is responsible for tasks that are related to pulling, staging, and loading orders for customers as well as maintaining finished goods inventory and installation supplies. These tasks include, but are not limited to, lifting, and carrying product, repackaging product, operating, and maintaining a forklift, meeting strict deadlines, loading, and organizing trucks, processing, and distributing paperwork, yard cleanliness & organization.
- Certified Forklift Operator (training and certification provided)
- Coordinate timely staging of all products to ensure delivery to job ready date
- Organize and prioritize daily activities
- Computer literate in Excel, Outlook and an ERP platform is a plus
- Proficient with filling out and processing yard paperwork such as pick tickets, BOLs, pack lists, etc
- Exhibits a professional manner with coworkers and customers
- Experience with forklift preventive maintenance programs a plus
- Hard working individual that takes ownership of the full scope of their responsibilities
- Excellent time management, decision making, human relations, presentation and organization skills
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, management, and colleagues
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls
- Reaches with hands and arms to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Forklift operating experience, 2-3 years
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls
- Reaches with hands and arms to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
