Flex Production Operator

Flex Operator – Beverage Plant

Location: 6405 E 45th Ave, Denver, CO 80216, USA.

Compensation: $25.20 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid sick leave, PTO/vacation pay, flexible time off, paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (401(k) eligibility). Quarterly bonus possible.

• Operate equipment in the beverage plant.
• Perform multiple manufacturing tasks and provide relief coverage as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and all safe work practices.
• Participate in team meetings, work activities, and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Perform basic sanitation tasks for production equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Accurately document process results, equipment downtime, and work orders.
• Support product testing procedures for QA samples.

• Experience in a production environment (hot or cold).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during the shift.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Can follow standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Comfortable making minor adjustments to production equipment.
• Qualified for forklift and/or pallet jack certification.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to participate in all team meetings and process‑improvement initiatives.
