Position Summary

ScheduleThe schedule for this position is Friday - Sunday from 6:00am - 6:30pm. All days are mandatory, this is a full‑time position. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lifting up to 80 pounds consistently throughout your shift, with team lifts or mechanical equipment used for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Remain on the move, standing for extended periods and working overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory) as business needs dictate.
- Perform other job‑related tasks and follow any instructions from your supervisor with reasonable accommodations.

The employee must be able to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and push with up to 40 pounds. Lifting and moving of commercial tires may involve rolling, de‑stacking, and team lifts. Work may occur at heights of 25 feet. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline, all provided by U.S. Auto Force except for toe boots.
The work environment may include weather exposure, moderate noise, and fumes from tires and lubricants.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Knowledge of safe lifting and pushing techniques for barrels and industrial tires.
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while maintaining safety standards.
- Adherence to company safety policies and state/federal regulations.
- Pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Team player.
- Positive pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
