Seasonal Production – Caramel Apples
This position is seasonal and temporary, it will begin late August, and conclude approximately October 31 st
Schedule – day shift
Job Duties:
- Make caramel and other candy products in a food manufacturing environment following specific recipes.
- Monitor and cook candy according to directions.
- Clean prep area and cooking area as needed.
- Ability to follow formal Food Safety and Sanitation Programs.
- Ability to follow Temperature and Weight calibration procedures.
- Ability to utilize in-house computer system to manage batches and ingredients.
- Ability to safely use and operate high-capacity cooking equipment.

Schedule – day shift
Job Duties:
- Supervise the daily production of caramel apples in a food manufacturing environment.
- Prepare plant for daily production and ensure all closing duties are finished.
- Supervise production line workers and plan and track production during the shift.
- Ensure correct labels, date codes, and lot codes are applied to all packages and cases.
- Organize and take inventory of finished daily production.
- Calculate production statistics at end of each shift and ensure proper lot tracking on all products.
- Participate in production planning and assist cooks with batch calculations.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members involved in production, warehouse, delivery, office, and shipping.
The Candy Apple Maker positions are seasonal and temporary. These positions will last from late August until approximately October 31 – as customer orders permit.
Schedule – Day or evening shift, Part-Time or Full-Time hours available
Job Duties:
- Assemble boxes, package caramel apples, and palletize boxes of finished apples.
- Ensure all packages are sealed and labeled with correct product labels. Check for proper date coding and labeling.
- Hand decorate gourmet apples as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Production Line III position is seasonal and temporary. These positions will last from late August until approximately October 31 – as customer orders permit.
Schedule – Day or evening shift, Part-Time or Full-Time hours available
Job Duties:
- Assist Production Supervisor with daily caramel apple production.
- Bring packaging and ingredients from warehouse into food production area.
- Ensure all ingredients and packaging equipment is well stocked for ongoing production.
- Complete opening and closing duties as required.
- Assist in the warehouse as needed.
- Ability to handle: prolonged standing/walking, twisting/range of motion, and lifting or carrying up to 40lbs.
This position is seasonal and temporary. It will last from mid-August until approximately October 31.
Schedule – part time, early mornings Monday through Friday
Job Duties:
- Deliver pallets of caramel apples and caramel candy to local grocery warehouses and distributors.
- Loading and unloading 24 ft box truck to include checking product per delivery order/packing slip.
- Pick up supplies at off-site locations as needed and unload at dock.
This position is seasonal and temporary. It will last from early August until approximately October 31.
Schedule – day shift, Monday through Friday
Job Duties:
- Assisting customers on the phone and in person.
- Tracking and packaging web orders.
- Updating Word and Excel documents.
- Occasional assistance in food production room as needed.

- Part-Time availability during standard business hours 8:00-4:30 pm M-F.
- Usual schedule is 3-5 hours per day, 4-5 days per week within standard business hours.
Job Duties:
- Process internet orders.
