Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $30–$38/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime: Optional OT available (up to ~2 hrs/day)

We’re hiring an
Aircraft Structural Technician to support one of the nation’s most unique and mission‑critical aviation programs. This is an opportunity to perform meaningful, highly detailed structural work within a family‑owned, culture‑focused organization known for stability, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
This is bench‑level structural work
—
not direct aircraft maintenance. You’ll repair, fabricate, and refurbish key structural components such as landing gear doors, ailerons, flaps, and other sub‑assemblies in a clean, climate‑controlled backshop.
Working under an experienced Lead Technician, you will:
- Repair, modify, and fabricate sheet metal structural assemblies
- Perform precision riveting, drilling, bending, countersinking, and fitting
- Work hands‑on with structural components for a major national aviation program
- Follow work orders and quality standards to ensure safe, accurate structural builds
Daily tasks include working with aluminum and sheet metal, using a variety of fasteners, and performing highly precise shop‑level fabrication tasks.
Responsibilities- Complete work orders and structural repairs under supervision
- Modify, refurbish, and fabricate sheet metal assemblies and sub‑assemblies
- Perform precision drilling, riveting, bending, countersinking
, and hardware installation - Work on components such as landing gear doors, ailerons, flaps
, and similar structures
- Experience with aircraft sheet metal or structural mechanics
- Strong structural fabrication and repair skills
- Ability to read blueprints preferred
- Experience with precision drilling & riveting
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Candidates from A&P school
, or industries involving precision riveting, drilling, or metal fabrication may still qualify.
