Job Overview

Scope

Perform RF test operations on electronic components and subassemblies in accordance with company, IPC and J‑standards. The main focus of this position is testing RF assemblies with some soldering and mechanical operations as required. 2nd shift hours of 3‑11:30PM, Mon – Fri. This position is located at 10720

Bradford Rd., Littleton, CO.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Test printed circuit boards and assemblies using a Network Analyzer, test procedure, and predetermined setup test equipment.
  • Use voltmeters, scales, holding fixtures, bench tools, automated and manual soldering equipment, and special fixtures as needed.
  • Follow written or oral instructions from process engineers, manufacturing engineers, and supervisors.
  • Prepare and assemble PC boards, perform component preparation, dispense or apply adhesives, and use various tools for mechanical assembly.
  • Inspect work to ensure it meets all requirements.
  • Comply with and support all department and corporate policies and procedures, including Safety and Security.
  • Create NCMR (non‑conforming material review) and perform root‑cause analysis as needed.
  • Read, interpret, and follow detailed test procedures and assembly drawings.
  • Develop customer relationships through collaboration, respect, professionalism, trust, and integrity.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
  • Perform basic and routine repetitive mechanical assembly operations on components and subassemblies using fixtures, screwdrivers, etc.
  • Proficient use and familiarity with hand tools.
  • Run automatic soldering equipment.
  • Determine if product meets Company quality standards.
  • Maintain a quality‑oriented mindset and know when to seek help.
  • Demonstrate excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritize projects.
  • Possess basic mechanical and good soldering skills.
  • Read and follow detailed written test procedures and verbal instructions.
  • Perform limited soldering under magnification as required.
  • Manipulate tiny objects such as screws, wires, etc.
Education and Experience
  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED. No experience required; training can be provided.
  • Preferred Experience:

    1+ years of RF test experience, solder or mechanical assembly experience, J‑standard certification, and 1PC‑610 certification.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual base salary range: $40,210 – $63,558.
  • Possible annual or quarterly company bonus.
