Production Packaging Associate (Entry-Level, 2nd Shift)

We are seeking a dependable Production Packaging Associate (Entry-Level, 2nd Shift) to join a growing manufacturing team. This hands-on role is ideal for motivated individuals ready to contribute to a fast-paced production environment and learn on the job. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

Schedule & Compensation:

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM (2nd Shift) - must be willing to train on 1st shift for 2 weeks
• Overtime: Fridays, as needed (10-hour shifts)
• Training: Initial training on 1st Shift (Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour (paid weekly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Package and seal gummy products on the production line, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods safely within the facility.
• Perform material handling tasks (unbagging, unpacking, loading, and unloading items).
• Assist machine operators and other production team members in daily operations.
• Conduct frequent lifting and carrying of materials as part of the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended shifts (up to 10 hours).
• Capability to regularly lift 50 lbs or more during the shift.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Proficiency in reading and communicating in English.
• Reliable attendance record with a commitment to punctuality and dependability.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on workplace safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
