Job Details- Schedule:
5 AM – 5 PM, every other Wednesday plus Thursday–Saturday (overtime as required) - Pay: $24.35–$30.07 per hour

- Batch syrup according to CCNA recipe
- Clean and sanitize the syrup room and equipment using required PPE and following SSOPs
- Uphold all safety practices, report hazards to management
- Perform analysis of incoming, in‑process and finished materials using analytical procedures
- Receive, monitor and report on concentrate and raw material inventories
- Utilize recipe management computer system
- Become certified to operate a Powered Industrial Truck/Forklift (PIT)
- Follow all required work instructions, aids, and forms related to quality, environmental, safety, and food safety policies
- Support ISO/GFSI compliance, FDA/USDA regulatory requirements, and Food Safety & Quality Programs
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- 2+ years lab technician experience required
- 1+ year production/manufacturing experience required
- 1+ year mixing and batching experience in the food or beverage industry preferred
- Familiarity with lab safety and handling hazardous materials preferred
- Ability to lift 65 pounds
- Must be computer proficient;
