Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Type:
Contract-to-Hire (6 months)

• Sheet metal repair & fabrication — Perform bench-level repair, modification, and fabrication of aircraft structural components.
• Precision drilling & riveting — Drill, rivet, bend, and fit metal parts with accuracy and consistency.
• Blueprint & drawing interpretation — Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and repair manuals.
• Structural assembly & repair — Build, align, and repair structural components to meet aviation standards.
• Quality & safety compliance — Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and quality requirements.

• Mechanical experience — 3+ years in manufacturing, construction, automotive, or similar hands-on environments.
• Mechanical aptitude — Strong understanding of tools, measurements, and mechanical processes.
• Attention to detail — Ability to perform precise, repeatable work.
• Growth mindset — Positive attitude and eagerness to learn aviation-specific skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Sheet metal or blueprint experience
• Aviation or A&P exposure

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO 80216.

Pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
