Hiring Structure Mechanics – Denver, CO
Step into a hands-on role repairing and fabricating aircraft structural components in a clean, climate-controlled shop. This apprenticeship is perfect for mechanically inclined individuals ready to break into the aviation industry and build long-term technical skills.
Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Type:
Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
- Sheet metal repair & fabrication — Perform bench-level repair, modification, and fabrication of aircraft structural components.
- Precision drilling & riveting — Drill, rivet, bend, and fit metal parts with accuracy and consistency.
- Blueprint & drawing interpretation — Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and repair manuals.
- Structural assembly & repair — Build, align, and repair structural components to meet aviation standards.
- Quality & safety compliance — Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and quality requirements.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical experience — 3+ years in manufacturing, construction, automotive, or similar hands-on environments.
- Mechanical aptitude — Strong understanding of tools, measurements, and mechanical processes.
- Attention to detail — Ability to perform precise, repeatable work.
- Growth mindset — Positive attitude and eagerness to learn aviation-specific skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Sheet metal or blueprint experience
- Aviation or A&P exposure

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO 80216.
Pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
