Position Summary
Reporting to the Production Line Lead, the Production Associate supports daily operations by monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. This role primarily supports the Bread and Pizza Bagel production department, with flexibility to work across other lines as business needs require.
Schedule & PayShift: 6:45PM–7:00AM (3rd Shift). Pay: $23.50 per hour + $2.00 shift differential. Monday–Thursday, with some Fridays as needed.
What You’ll Do- Operate a variety of production machinery and equipment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Supply production lines to maintain continuous product flow.
- Perform product quality checks to ensure compliance with company and consumer standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with food safety and OSHA requirements.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting 50+ lbs, climbing stairs, and frequent use of hands and arms.
- Machine operator experience.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, and elevated noise levels.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety (PPE provided, including hearing protection).
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support production demands.
- Standing and walking for extended periods throughout the facility.
- Climbing stairs or ladders, kneeling, and performing repetitive motions.
- Frequently lifting, pushing, or carrying materials.
- Working in environments with elevated noise levels and varying temperatures.
