Shifts:
1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts available
Pay: $22.00–$44.00/hr (based on skill level & experience)
Job Description:
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and speed-cell machines
- Machine to tight tolerances of +/-.0001 using precision measurement tools
- Perform 3–4 changeovers per day in a fast-paced, high-mix environment
- Operate manual lathes, mills, and surface grinders
- Drill, tap, mill, and perform hands-on machining on manual equipment
- Adjust offsets and program CNC lathes, mills, and surface grinders
- Select proper tooling, gauging, and machining strategies
- Apply geometry and trigonometry to real-world machining tasks
- Support assembly rework and production needs as required
- Lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations
Skills/
Qualifications:
Entry-Level Machinists:
- 1+ year of machining experience or machining-related schooling
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Basic G & M code understanding
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experienced Machinists:
- 3–5 years of CNC machining experience in an industrial setting
- Proficiency in G & M code
- Advanced blueprint interpretation and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team-driven environment
Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a Big Plus):
- Experience with ODI grinders, rigging, or crane operation
- Familiarity with Mazatrol controls
- Mastercam programming or editing experience
- Strong manual machining experience
- High school diploma or vocational certification

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $44.00/hr.
