Supervisor – PCB Process Areas (Night Shift)

Under the direction of a manager, the Supervisor is accountable for ensuring that assigned production areas meet daily, weekly and monthly safety, quality and delivery goals. The role includes supervising performance and training of all employees in the work area, addressing performance issues, ensuring adherence to company policies, and providing communication with the management team. The Supervisor manages several PCB process areas, with primary coverage for the hours of 11:00PM – 7:30AM, located at 8192 Southpark Lane, Littleton, CO.

Duties

and Responsibilities Environmental, Health & Safety
  • Ensure employees adhere to all established safety requirements – wearing appropriate PPE, utilizing guarding devices on equipment, reporting unsafe conditions.
  • Promptly report all work‑related injuries to Process Manager and support investigation and corrective action processes.
  • Maintain compliance with all environmental regulations – proper labeling of chemicals, waste materials, closed containers, and timely transport to appropriate storage areas. Take corrective action for deficiencies.
  • Ensure employees complete scheduled training programs and serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
Quality
  • Ensure employees follow established operating procedures when processing product and that equipment is operated within expected control limits.
  • Participate in root‑cause identification and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Maintain employees’ training for assigned job responsibilities and manage training matrix for the area.
Productivity
  • Ensure adherence to daily production schedules and Dispatch List priorities.
  • Monitor throughput daily, identify root causes for not meeting goals, and develop and execute corrective actions.
  • Assign resources as needed to achieve production goals.
Personnel
  • Provide team members with appropriate tools, safety, quality and productivity training.
  • Input for employee evaluations, coaching, recognition, mentorship of new hires, and continuous development of team members.
  • Monitor employee adherence to company policies.
Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in structured continuous improvement efforts and ensure 6S standards are maintained in assigned areas.

Essential Knowledge and Skills
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, and basic knowledge of MRP and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to teach and train others as required.
  • Leadership skills, ability to motivate coworkers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Working knowledge and application of SPC and ISO standards.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Education
  • Required:

    High School Diploma.
  • Preferred:
    Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience
  • Required:

    Demonstrated people‑leadership experience.
  • Preferred: 3 or more years of relevant experience. Printed circuit board experience desirable.
