The Production Supervisor role oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced in compliance with safety and quality standards on assigned production lines. The role is responsible for delivering the defined production targets and managing a team of production employees.

Production Manager

• SAFETY
  :
  Ensures employees comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, policies, and procedures. Drives safety culture through proactive countermeasures such as safety training, daily safety observations and audits.
• QUALITY
  :
  Ensures daily Quality Layered Audits are executed and findings are actioned accordingly. Supports the Quality department in closure of RCCM for any escapes and is responsible for on‑time closures.
• PEOPLE
  :
  Trains and manages production employees on the assigned production lines and/or shifts. Provides effective training through Standard Work/Work Instructions, maintains accurate training content and record/matrix, motivates, develops, and retains high‑performing employees.
• Oversees the daily workflow and assignments of the production lines and/or shift, manages production employees time & attendance, overtime planning/approval, and drives employee and team engagement.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations, manages performance gaps through effective Performance Improvement Plans and addresses with disciplinary actions as necessary.
• DELIVERY
  :
  • Oversees production on assigned lines/shift by KPIs/Metrics such as safety, quality, on‑time delivery, WO accuracy, and cost. Communicates gaps to leadership and support functions in real time.
  • Ensures production plans are implemented, deadlines met consistently, and documentation (production reports, downtime logs, etc.) is accurate.
  • Coordinates with Production Planner to issue work orders and prepares work schedules for efficient operations. Informs stakeholders of production status and potential delays through daily management system meetings.
• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
  :
  Drives a CI culture to identify and address inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through appropriate CI tools.
• TECHNICAL APTITUDE
  :
  Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment, follows escalation plans to troubleshoot issues, resolves delays in shift, facilitates operator maintenance and repairs, and notifies Maintenance promptly when equipment problems arise.

• MRP (Material Resource Planning) knowledge is preferred

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required; high volume experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of people management experience in a manufacturing environment required

The compensation range for this position is $76,200.00 - $, depending on experience. The position may be eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan.
