Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
3RD Shift CRACKER Maintenance Leader “B” (N1)
This position reports to the Cracker Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily work activities of 3rd shift cracker maintenance personnel. The incumbent will prioritize assignments, troubleshoot problems, and follow up with mechanics to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. The jobholder will maintain ongoing communication with Operations to discuss issues and provide updates on maintenance activities. Other duties include maintaining the accuracy of the SAP Work Order System and serving as liaison for outside contractors.
Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment, with leadership ability.
- Completion of Industrial Technology coursework.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with the SAP System.
Approximate working hours are 6:45 pm to 7:00 am on the cracker maintenance schedule. Hours may vary with the production schedule, requiring flexibility to work alternate schedules. Availability for overtime work is essential to support other leaders’ absences and scheduled vacations. Must be able to work overtime. Start and end times may be adjusted based on business needs.

Compensation and BenefitsStarting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $43.25 per hour. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
