Machine Operator
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing team in Denver. In this role, you will support the production of high-quality metal components used in industrial applications. This is a hands‑on position requiring attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently after training.
Location: Denver, CO
Shift & Pay: Monday–Friday
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM at $21 per hour
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM at $21.50 per hour
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM at $22 per hour
- Operate production machinery used to manufacture metal components (up to 2 machines at a time once trained)
- Feed raw materials into machines and monitor production output
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Make minor mechanical adjustments to equipment as needed
- Monitor machinery for defects, malfunctions, or breakdowns and report issues promptly
- Package and label finished products accurately
- Select and prepare tools and materials required for daily production
- Ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn

Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
