Shifts1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts available
Pay$28.00–$44.00/hr (based on skill level & experience)
Skills/Qualifications- 4+ years of CNC machining experience in an industrial setting
- Proficiency in G & M code
- Advanced blueprint interpretation and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team‑driven environment
- Experience with ODI grinders, rigging, or crane operation
- Familiarity with Mazatrol controls
- Mastercam programming or editing experience
- Strong manual machining experience
- High school diploma or vocational certification

- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and speed‑cell machines
- Machine to tight tolerances of +/– .0001 using precision measurement tools
- Perform 3–4 changeovers per day in a fast‑paced, high‑mix environment
- Operate manual lathes, mills, and surface grinders
- Drill, tap, mill, and perform hands‑on machining on manual equipment
- Adjust offsets and program CNC lathes, mills, and surface grinders
- Select proper tooling, gauging, and machining strategies
- Apply geometry and trigonometry to real‑world machining tasks
- Support assembly rework and production needs as required
- Lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
