Slurry Operator; 3rd Shift

Position Summary

Production Operator in Denver plant. Responsibilities include training on equipment, selecting recipes, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring safety and quality, and operating forklift as needed.

• Train on specific production equipment/machinery in a safe and productive manner.
• Select correct recipes, obtain ingredients, and start batches.
• Troubleshoot and complete preventative maintenance/clean and inspect checklist for equipment.
• Effectively work with interdepartmental personnel to maintain a good flow of safety, quality, and production information throughout the plant.
• Operate a forklift as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting machinery/equipment in a manufacturing, production, agricultural, military, or related environment.

Competitive hourly pay starting at $29.53 during the new hire probation period and increasing to $37.80 after probation. Company offers 401(k) with match, healthcare coverage, and performance-based incentives.
