Perform daily greasing and lubrication of all plant components, including conveyors, shakers, drives, bearings, and rollers, according to manufacturer specifications;
Monitor, evaluate, and maintain oil levels in gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and engines;
Collect oil samples for analysis to monitor component wear;
Conduct comprehensive 'walk-around' inspections to detect leaks, loose fittings, unusual vibrations, or frayed components;
Maintain detailed logs of lubrication schedules, fluid consumption, and equipment hours to assist in long-term maintenance planning
