Production Associate – 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

Schedule:

1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM until production is complete (typically between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM)

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on production role in a manufacturing environment. Previous production or manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. This is not a warehouse‑only position.

• Operate small and large production machinery used in the manufacturing of doors.
• Assemble doors on a production line while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Machine doors for hardware installation using production equipment.
• Prepare and handle materials throughout the manufacturing process.
• Stage, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Perform other production‑related duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, cabinets, or similar products, is a plus.
• General knowledge of building materials.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Experience using tape measures and other basic hand‑held measuring tools.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in a fast‑paced production environment throughout the shift.
